Flyway Hospitality Group was founded by Ashley Burghardt, a seasoned hospitality executive with 18+ years of hands-on hotel management experience. After leading hotels across the country and guiding properties through transitions, takeovers, staffing challenges, and performance resets, she recognized a growing gap in the industry — owners often needed more than traditional management models provided.
